Every staff member displayed amazing service, i found it easy to deal with them. my one-bedroom suite was clean, and the bed was comfortable. i appreciated the shuttle service to and from the airport. It helped my travel a lot. i was near shopping and dining, convenient for exploring.
The floors was loud. I could hear noise from above, which disturbed my sleep.

The skytrain access proved quite convenient. I also appreciated the parking spot. Staff members were kind and helpful throughout my stay. The room was spacious and clean.
The pillow firmness wasn't my ideal, but this is just a minor preference.

the room was a beautiful queen room. it had modern decor. the bed offered excellent support and i slept soundly. the room included a mini-fridge and a coffee maker, which i found quite useful.
The hallway carpets showed some wear. A minor detail in an otherwise well-kept hotel

Very nice Stay Near the Airport

The airport shuttle was great. The driver was helpful getting my luggage loaded. My room was a Family Two-Bedroom Suite. It included two full bathrooms plus a kitchen. I was super impressed. The washer and dryer in the suite were very handy too.
The restaurant did not open early enough for my flight.

easy check-inlate-night noise
The staff were friendly enough it seems. the check-in and checkout were easy.
I booked a two double beds room. I called the front desk late at night. It took them 20 minutes to stop the noise. It sounded like someone bouncing a bowling ball, seriously.
